The very un-official page from the kneeboarders of the  WindanSea Board Riders Club
The Sunshine Coast is north of Brisbane stretching between Caloundra and Noosa on the coast of Queensland, Australia.

The monthly point score sessions

WindanSea Boardriders Club conducts a pointscore once a month on the Sunday following the first Wednesday in that month.  Riders usually meet at the Ann Street Reef carpark, which is actually at the beach end of Buderim Street Currimundi, between 6.30 and 7.00 am.

The kneeboarders usually then head off to find a separate bank or reef to run the kneeboard side of things. It’s not too serious, more a get together with cheering and heckling from the beach.  Lots of talk about board design and setup, recent good surfs and potential trips finishing up with a coffee and breakfast. Newcomers and interested onlookers are always welcome.

July - we all agreed the surf was not contestable, it was rather lumpy and messed up by strong onshore winds out of the ENE.  We ended up having a free surf at Kings Beach which offered some protection. Some fun and challenging rides were had despite the waves being all over the show.
