At Mum and Dad's place at Bokarina on the Sunshine coast

A very short walk from the parent's place

down a lane and a court to ramp 48

- -

you will find an inviting beach with clear warm water

BUT
it's DEAD FLAT !!

Not much of a surf trip if there is ... no surf !
- but it did allow for some time to head south to Byron Bay to meet Dave Parkes and have a chat.

The results of that chat are below.
A new board delivered to my home in Melbourne a few weeks later.
